To book one of our services, it must be completed by phone Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9:00am-4:30pm PST.
On weekends, we are by appointment only. All bookings must be made in advance during business hours.
Our services can be scheduled between the hours of 9:00am to 9:00pm, any day of the week. The last available booking for our Photo Package Service is 8:00pm-9:00pm.
Please be aware our office hours are different than service hours. All appointments must be made between the booking hours, not scheduled hours.

Yes! We will allow you to take photos with our vehicle on the Dry Lake Bed, or a desert location.
*Please note, weather can always affect any service we offer. However, we will not leave paved roads if it’s raining, or has rained one week prior to your reservations. Our drivers have the right to refuse service to the location if they do not feel comfortable driving the vehicle off road.
We do not allow anyone other than our staff member to operate the vehicle. We stay on site for the duration of the service to assist moving the vehicle in different positions if asked to do so.

We require full payment in advance to secure the booking. Without payment, the reservation is not booked! Please contact us during our business ours Monday-Friday, from 9:00am-4:30pm.
Sales tax of 8.375% will be added to our services.
No. We only allow one location with our Photo Package Service.
The locations we allow must be within 100 miles of Las Vegas. Popular locations are Red Rock Canyon, Eldorado Dry Lake Bed, Jean Dry Lake Bed, Valley of Fire and Nelson Ghost Town.
*Please note, additional charges will be added if the location is outside the Las Vegas City limits.
We do not offer any Photographers or Videographers with our services.
Yes! You are required to get the proper approval and permits to the location you choose. In most cases, your photographer/videographer will have all the information needed, but it is always best to ask them.
If you do not receive approval prior to us arriving and we are asked to leave the location, your service will be terminated with no refunds. You will be responsible for any traffic violations, towing bills, and additional fees that may occur for this inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations within 3 hours of scheduled booking will not receive a refund.
Any cancellations within 3 hours to 48 hours of scheduled booking will receive a $200.00 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Any cancellations with more than 48 hour notice will receive a full refund.
We do not cancel reservations due to inclement weather in most cases. Please understand if it is raining or snowing, we will not put the convertible top down for photos. Water can damage the interior and electronics inside the vehicle. Our drivers will determine if the conditions are safe enough to operate the convertible top.
