Vegas Vintage Classic Car Rentals makes every effort to make your rental experience a good one! That means we need you to agree to and fully understand the rules. Please read these policies and rental requirements before your reservation carefully.
Please Note: Due to changes of our available rental services, the following policies are subject to change.
- We are currently open Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:30pm. Saturday-Sunday by appointment only.
- A deposit or full payment is required to secure date(s) and time for the rental.
- We must receive a copy of Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance within 24 hours of booking the vehicle.
- $150.00 deposit or full payment will be required to secure date(s) and time.
- On the day of pickup a $800.00 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the renter’s credit card for any incidentals while the vehicle is in their possession.
- If there is no reported damage and the vehicle is clean, the deposit will be returned in 7-10 business days. In rare cases, it can take up to 30 days.
- All cancellations must happen 48 hours in advance to receive full refund.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours from the time of pickup, Vegas Vintage Classic Car Rentals will honor future booking in the amount renter has deposited/paid for. This will be good for one year.
- Vegas Vintage Classic Car Rentals reserves the right to cancel reservation/rental to any customer we deemed unable to care for the car in a safe and legal manner.
- Vegas Vintage Classic Car Rentals has the right to cancel or change the vehicle reserved at any time, for any reason.
- You are 100% responsible for the care and safety of the vehicle. You are personally and financially responsible for any and all damages or injuries to the vehicle or property whether covered by your insurance or not.
- You must inform us if the vehicle is to be used for commercial use including TV/movie production or commercial photography.
- We reserve the right to approve the vehicle for such usage.
- There is no smoking in the vehicle.
- The vehicle will be delivered to you washed & vacuumed. It needs to be picked up in similar condition. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if the car needs to be washed upon return.
